MyMSD provides an intuitive and user friendly self-service channel for the Ministry’s Work and Income customers to view upcoming payments, manage upcoming appointments and update their income details.
Work and Income staff are freed up to help with more complex customer enquiries.
This project supports the government’s vision to make all services freely available to all New Zealanders online.
The fully responsive site is designed for mobile first, then up to tablet and desktop. The design is deliberately clean and uncluttered to make it easy for users to focus on the task or information at hand.
We designed a simple, clean and contemporary digital brand for MyMSD. The approach involved extensive consultation with key stakeholders across the Ministry, and was underpinned by comprehensive customer research and feedback. The brand supports the Ministry’s future vision to provide a single self-service channel for all Ministry services.
The MyMSD brand leverages colour, typography, iconography and tone of voice to facilitate a calm, supportive and approachable emotional engagement with customers.
