For Vector we needed to consolidate three existing websites and brands into a single site, mobile first responsive design. The content across the three sections was tailored for specific user types.
Designing to be mobile first, allowing customers to get connected, seek help and advice or view current outages anywhere, anytime.
With a focus on driving self service, emerging energy solutions and outage information the site delivers a seamless experience for customers who initially need information and then want to set up an energy connection with Vector.
The site is modular based to create an effective responsive solution. This also allows the client to expand the site easily with new content reusing existing modules.
