Amanda has been making digital things for over 15 years, ensuring that people are at the heart of every solution. She loves connecting with users, watching how they navigate a process and utilising those insights to produce exceptional products and experiences. Amanda is a classic high-performer who also loves supporting her team to achieve great things and watching as the ‘penny drops’ and they acquire new skills and knowledge. Outside of work, she’s mostly busy doing mum stuff but when she needs some ‘me time’ she’ll either be tending her vege garden or taking off for a restorative run.
